Auchrannie & The Country Club
Auchrannie Resort (Auchrannie Leisure Ltd) was founded in 1988 by Iain and Linda Johnston and the co-ownership lodges were developed to give you a chance to own a little bit of Arran which we know you all love so much.
There are now 30 self-catering lodges at the Auchrannie Resort, and 25 of these are held in trust for Co-ownership, with 51 weeks in each lodge owned either by individuals or by Auchrannie Resort in perpetuity. Apart from these 25 lodges and the ground they sit on, all facilities and assets at Auchrannie, are owned by Auchrannie Resort.

When you buy a co-ownership week, you automatically become a member of the club and you are entitled to attend the AGM of the Country Club. This enables members to keep up to date with Auchrannie developments and to express views on relevant matters. Owners enjoy full leisure membership to two Leisure centres during their stay. You are part of Club that allows you to enjoy your lodge with family and friends, and if you fancy a change you can enjoy worldwide exchange through, RCI, 7Across or UKRE.
